Which rock was Christ referring to in the above verse?

It was the revelation that Apostle Peter gave concerning Him when He asked them who they thought He was.

“And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Matthew 16:16

Jesus is the Rock upon which His Church is built. The revelation that Peter gave was astounding because it reveals the full authenticity of the person of Jesus.

What was the secret of Jesus while He was on earth?

What made Him so powerful that His church had to be built upon such also?

The secret is the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit. This is the truth about the person of Christ that made Him so extraordinary supernatural while He was on earth. He came into the earth through the instrumentality of The Spirit.

“34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”

Luke 1:34-35

Jesus came into the world through the Holy Spirit and did great and mighty things through the Holy Spirit also. The realm of dreams is a realm many are ignorant of. Dreams affect our lives positively or negatively depending on the source. In this series I would be looking at the spiritual dimension and significance of dreams in our lives as humans living on planet earth.

Dream reveals the activities of spirits in the spirit realm and because man is a spirit being we are also participating in the activities consciously or unconsciously.
