THE ISSUE OF SIN

Every human loves pleasures be it godly or godly.But for believers in Christ Jesus,we have to discipline ourselves to resist all urge for ungodly pleasures.

Apostle Paul declared in Colossians 3:1-5,

"IF YE THEN BE RISEN WITH CHRIST,SEEK THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE ABOVE...SET YOUR AFFECTION ON THINGS ABOVE,NOT ON THINGS ON THE EARTH.FOR YE ARE DEAD,AND YOUR LIFE IS HID WITH CHRIST IN GOD...MORTIFY THEREFORE YOUR MEMBERS WHICH ARE UPON THE EARTH;FORNICATION,UNCLEANNESS,INORDINATE AFFECTION ..."

Hmmm!Was this man spewing rubbish?Nope!!

He said our body members are FORNICATION,UNCLEANNESS,INORDINATE AFFECTION etc.

These are serious issues.They are in our flesh.They are our members(desires).

WHO DOESN'T DESIRE TO HAVE UNLIMITED FUN?

WHO DOESN'T DESIRE A FREE LIFE TO DO WHATEVER PLEASES THE FLESH?

WHO DOESN'T DESIRE TO HAVE MAXIMUM SEXUAL SATISFACTION OUTSIDE THE WILL OF GOD?

We are humans after all and have these weakness be it big or small.Some might shy away from it.But many are struggling with one kind of weakness or the other.

Do I face temptation?Sure I do more than many.I remember a beautiful lady who came to offer me free sex in my office and no one was there.I could have done it and just apply the blood of Jesus to cover up.But I just use wisdom to talk her out of her momentarily insanity.

But Paul told us what to do with these ugly headed members.He said,

"MORTIFY THEREFORE YOUR MEMBERS.."

MORTIFY means to kill,paralyze,deaden,render ineffective etc.That is what you do to these evil members in our bodies.You render them impotent.

Some believe in sanctification as REMOVAL OF ADAMIC NATURE FROM MAN WHEREBY A MAN BECOMES SINLESS.

I believed such in those days also.But I started challenging those believes when I see my leaders getting angry and showing some nasty behaviours.Also, when I started seeing my mind entertaining lustful thoughts.I asked myself then even though I was three years in the Lord,IF THIS ADAMIC NATURE HAD BEEN REMOVED WHERE DID THESE ONES COME FROM?

I have to go back to the Bible to study hard.

I then discovered I need to heed Romans 12:1-2,

"I BESEECH YOU THEREFORE,BRETHREN BY THE MERCIES OF GOD,THAT YE PRESENT YOUR BODIES A LIVING SACRIFICE,HOLY ACCEPTABLE UNTO GOD,WHICH IS YOUR REASONABLE SERVICE.AND BE NOT CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD:BUT BE YE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND,THAT YE MAY PROVE WHAT IS THAT GOOD,AND ACCEPTABLE,AND PERFECT WILL OF GOD"

I then understood I had a lot of work to do by renewing and transforming my mind with The Word of God and godly materials.As a three years old in Christ,I took my Bible serious and invested money in buying books that will help me mortify the members.The following books really helped me then.

Through the Bible and these books,I was able to mortify those members.Do I slip atimes?Yes.With time I mastered the ARTS OF CONTROLLING THE MIND.

Your body is not born again.Your spirit is.You must learn to padlock those desires by strong discipline and keeping in mind the consequence of such acts.There are many who truly love God but are entangled in the cobweb of sin.Your love lacks knowledge and discipline.Let's hear from the great apostle again,

"BUT I KEEP UNDER MY BODY,AND BRING IT INTO SUBJECTION:LEST THAT BY ANY MEANS,WHEN I HAVE PREACHED TO OTHERS,I MYSELF SHOULD BE A CAST AWAY" 1Cor.9:27

Are you greater than him?The war against sin is a daily exercise.You must subject fleshy desires to God's Word.God says you can't,then you shouldn't.

Did Jesus the perfect Master struggled against sin?Yes,He did.But He knew the consequence of falling into such.

"FOR WE HAVE NOT AN HIGH PRIEST WHICH CANNOT BE TOUCHED WITH THE FEELING OF OUR INFIRMITIES:BUT WAS IN ALL POINTS TEMPTED LIKE AS WE ARE,YET WITHOUT SIN" Heb.4:15

He stood His ground against sin.We must to.For every sin,there is a consequence.REPENTANCE DOES NOT COUNCIL THE CONSEQUENCE OF SIN.Be careful.

You can overcome sin as He did.He has given us the power which must be used with complete discipline.

"FOR SIN SHALL NOT HAVE DOMINION OVER YOU..."Rom.6:14

Run away from sin.Fill your mind with godly things.Avoid sensual and sexual things.Consecrate yourself unto God.Put this in mind.NO SINNER WILL INHERIT GOD'S KINGDOM,NO MATTER HOW SMALL THAT SIN MAY BE.

Jesus still remains,

THE CHIEF SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE UNIVERSE.

  Erica Davis Apostle, repentance does not council the consequence of sin. Well said. My question is that many Christians repent and ask for forgiveness and take it for granted and are complacent about it. So now if a person sins then ask forgiveness and repents, then he is clear of that sin. Please explain this.

  There is always a consequence for every evil action.God's forgiveness removes the judgement or God's wrath on a man.But it will never remove the consequence of such an act.
  
  There is a natural law and there is a spiritual law.In the physical,you can plant a maize then decide to uproot it if you don't like it.The same way many try to cover up their iniquities.
  
  It's a different ball game when it comes to the spiritual.Our activities are influenced by the supernatural.God and His angels on one side and satan and his demons on one said.
  
  There is what we call the absolute righteousness of God which does not permit God to violate spiritual laws.When satan told God about Job's stand for Him,the devil told Him to remove His protection on Job so that he can attack Job for him to offend God.
  
  satan was after the consequence of Job's sins but God knew Job will not sin.
  
  "IN ALL THIS JOB SINNED NOT,NOR CHARGED GOD FOOLISHLY"
  
  So when we sin and repent,there is a punishment for every sin committed.Different sins have different punishment.While many don't feel the full impact of the consequence is due to God's mercy.
  
  But when we sin,we give the devil a foothold in our lives.he and his fiends are out to complicate the lives of believers.There are actions many took years ago that have accumulated and it's now disturbing their lives.
  
  For those who live a carefree sinful repenting lifestyle,they are only endangering their spiritual joy and divine destiny and also their eternal abode in heaven.
  
  David would had built a house unto the Lord but was told blood was in his hand-consequence of sin.
  
  When he slept with Uriah's wife and killed the man.When the prophet accused him,he repented but himself and family faced the consequence.
  
  Apostle Paul was busy killing Christians.He repented.God forgave him.But are you aware he suffered more than the other apostles?-consequence of sin.
  
  There are sins one commit that will eventually disqualifies one from achieving God's full purpose for one's life.Bible characters like Esau,king Saul and Samson come to mind.
  
  Let all believers sit tight and take this issue serious.This is just a surface explanation,the deep spiritual angle is much more complicated than this.Hope I have answered your question a little.
  
  This is not a popular teaching but this a spiritual fact.People can believe lies about sinning and confessing.They can abuse grace as they like but they can never cancel the consequence of sin.

  Erica Davis You said God drove Adam and Eve for their sins, God sent Jesus to forgive people's sin. But we are talking of the consequences of sin which we cannot escape.

   

  Obazuaye Francis If you read the account of Genesis 3,you will discover that God forgave Adam and Eve their sins by killing an animal and covering their nakedness with it's skin.
  
  That is a typology of the sacrifice of Christ in the future via the shedding of blood.God shedded the blood of that animal probably a lamb.Yes,He covered their shame but that did not stopped Him from sending them out of the garden.
  
  As per Christ,He came to forgive and wash our sins away.To save us from eternal doom if we avoid the sinful lifestyle that has grevious consequences.
  
  What happens when a young Christian lady gets into fornication and gets pregnant?
  
  Does repentance removes the pregnancy?That is the consequence.
  
  What about the soul tie she has made through such?
  
  What about if she contacts HIV or AIDs?
  
  What about the demons she has opened up herself to?
  
  What about the sorrow and regrets she will be experiencing?
  
  What about the public shame or stigma she will receive?
  
  Do repentance and forgiveness remove all these?
  
  This is a serious issue.While Jesus came to forgive and wash away sins,let's remember the Words of Apostle Paul in Romans 6:1,
  
  "SHALL WE CONTINUE TO SIN THAT GRACE MAY ABOUND"
  
  What happens to a believer who dies in the act of sin?
  
  Do we remember the warning of Jesus in Revelation,
  
  "LET NO MAN TAKE THY CROWN"
  
  forgiveness yes.Consequence must be faced.
  
  WE HAVE EVERY POWER OVER OUR DECISIONS BUT WE DON'T HAVE POWER OVER THERE CONSEQUENCES.

FREEDOM IN LIFE

Freedom from the powers of darkness is not by force but by choice. This is the reason many are still in bondage. The price of freedom is not cheap. Many love cheap things that is why they remain in bondage.

It's easier to live in bondage than to live in freedom. This the sound truth. If you doubt this I plead with you to lay your hands on Myrles Monroe's book titled THE BURDEN OF FREEDOM. That book will blow your mind.

As I look at humans especially Christians,I can't but wonder if they truly understand who they are in Christ and the awesome power and authority they have. I am amazed that many believers don't know they have the ability to change their lot in life.

There are certain things God WILL NEVER do for you.Yes,you read that well. This is the sole reason many are living an unfulfilled frustrating life and hoping things will change. Stop living in illusion. Stop consoling yourself or should I say deceiving yourself with the slogans,"THIS EARTH IS NOT MY HOME. HEAVEN IS MY HOME." or "I KNOW GOD WILL DO IT ONE OF THESE DAYS.GOD'S TIME IS THE BEST"

I know this is not my final destination but must this earth be my hell? Sure no! If your life is not changing,it's all your fault not God's. If you have been struggling for years and nothing seems to be changing it's your fault,not God's.

That puppy has been magnified above his capacity. Yes,I believe there are wicked forces operating against the lives and destinies of men.At the same time, I believe there is a superior force to those evil forces. Your INABILITY TO DISCOVER WILL MAKE YOU REMAIN COVERED.

Have you ever read and pondered on Isaiah 60:1,

"ARISE, SHINE; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee"

You are the one to arise and shine. Heaven has given you the capacity to do that. You have all the resources of heaven to shine in the midst of darkness. It doesn't matter how demonic or satanic your background might have been,you can overcome and shine.

CHANGE YOUR FRIENDS TO CHANGE YOUR FATE IN LIFE.

CHANGE YOUR ASSOCIATION TO CHANGE YOUR POSSESSION

CHANGE YOUR CHURCH TO CHANGE YOUR CHARACTER

CHANGE YOUR MINDSET TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE-SET

There is no sentiment in life when it comes to divine plans for your life. Don't you know you have just one life to live with so short a time on your side that you still allow sentiment to over rule sound judgement?

I started taking some hard decision since December 2012,though not popular with my friends and my spouse,I went ahead with my conviction.Thank Goodness!!! I ain't regretting it. You have stayed too long in that valley.It's time to change your abode. Those devils have no real power to keep you in captivity. THERE ARE DECISIONS YOU MUST TAKE TO CHANGE BASE.

Prayer is not everything. Deliverance is not everything. DECISIONS CAN DECIDE YOUR DIRECTION AND DESTINY. There are many who just need to take that painful unpopular decision for them to experience the freedom they long for. DECISIONS DETERMINE DESTINY.

Your life can change if you are really ready to fight for it in terms of spiritual and physical engagement. So many lives lack wisdom,knowledge and understanding. While am busy engaging the host of hell in battles,I am also busy thinking and planning my life,family and business seeking for divine instruction and counsel.

To tell you one sound truth,one of my greatest secret to overcoming is CONCENTRATED MEDITATION. You cannot practice such and your life will not change. Through it,you see beyond yourself and see what God has for you. You become so bold and strong in faith that you are not deterred by what any man might think about your ideas.Where on earth do you think I get the the inspirations and energy to keep writing  on a daily basis?

I am never short of words because I have become one with The Word already. Due to this, I have become Sub-Word.God give you understanding of what I just said now. Stop playing chess with your life. It is time to get down to business and chart a new course or a better one for your life.

In conclusion,like I told my wonderful spouse December 2012,

"DEAR, THIS IS MY LIFE NOT YOURS.JUST LEAVE ME ALONE AND LET ME DO WHAT I BELIEVE GOD HAS CALLED ME TO DO.ON THE LAST DAY I AM GOING TO GIVE ACCOUNT OF MY LIFE.YOU WILL NOT STAND FOR ME NEITHER WILL I STAND FOR YOU.LET ME FOLLOW MY CONVICTION PLEASE.JUST HOLD YOUR PEACE AND GIVE ME JUST ONE YEAR. IF NOTHING HAPPENS THEN YOU CAN BEGIN TO COMPLAIN BUT FOR NOW LEAVE ME ALONE."

Glory to Jesus.It didn't take up to six months before things started changing. As you EXERCISE YOUR KINGDOM AUTHORITY,MAKE SURE YOU ARE EXERTING THAT ENERGY IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION OTHERWISE,YOU MIGHT NOT SEE CHANGES.Freedom is expensive,but discipline and grace can help you attain it. This year is the ONE YOU HAVE BEEN EXPECTING. It is your time and turn to experience THE TOTAL TURN AROUND.I trust God for you that come December this year,your life will become an amazement and a wonder to many in the name of Jesus.

It’s going to be 6 DAYS WARFARE.

Materials Needed:

1. Water

2. Local Sponge

3. Local Black Soap or Black Medicated Soap

You will do these prayers for 6 DAYS.

Prayer Time: 12am – 3am

You will be on FASTING from 7pm (evening) – 7am (the next day afternoon)

Get water a bucket. Read PSALM 74 with a little salt INTO THE WATER with your right hand in it. You are going to do this anytime you want to pray the for the next 6 days. After prayers take your bath with the sponge and soap. When you are through on the 6^th day, you can call me for prayers.

Do these things by faith. If you doubt anything here just don’t bother to do it please. I believe Jesus will set you free totally. Just have faith in God.

 I praise and worship you God of all flesh and creation with all my heart and soul in the name of Jesus.

2. I confess my sins of immoralities unto you have mercy and cleanse me by the blood of Jesus.

3. O God empower me this day to overcome all demons of immoralities who have made my life their stronghold in the name of Jesus.

4. I sanctify the foundation of my life with the blood of Jesus.

5. I come against every immoral foundation in my life I command such to be destroyed by fire in the name of Jesus.

6. I challenge every witchcraft and marine foundations in my life I command such to receive the fire of destruction in the name of Jesus. 7. You demons of masturbation and fornication in my life receive the fire of destruction in the name of Jesus

8. Every bondage of immorality in my life receive the fire of destruction in the name of Jesus.

9. Every witchcraft spirit operating in my life to receive the fire of destruction in the name of Jesus.

22. Every ungodly soul tie with anyone I have had sex with I break it now in the name of Jesus.

23. I break every immoral soul tie in my life keeping me in the cycle of immorality now in the name of Jesus.

24. Every power of sexual thoughts and pornography in my life I destroy them by fire now in the name of Jesus.

25. Every stronghold of pornography in my life catch fire and burn to ashes in the name of Jesus.

26. You network of immoral spirits operating in my life I destroy you all by fire in the name of Jesus.

27. Every influence and powers of succubus and incubus spirits operating in my life fall down and down by fire in the name of Jesus.

28. I release the fire of the Holy Ghost to go into all parts of my being spirit, soul and body and let all spiritual devices of immorality in my life be consumed by fire in the name of Jesus.

29. Today, o God let every desire for immorality become a poison to me in the name of Jesus.

30. I speak death to all evil fleshy desires in my life as from today in the name of Jesus.

31. Let the power of heaven possess my spirit, soul and body as from today in the name of Jesus.

32. I declare over my life that every legal ground for immoral operations in my life be destroyed by fire in the name of Jesus in the name of Jesus.

33. Let every access by demon spirit of immorality be destroyed in the name of Jesus.

34. Let the blood of Jesus purge out all evil deposit from my mind and heart in the name of Jesus.

35. I submit my whole being to the Holy Ghost as from today in the name of Jesus.

36. Holy Ghost possess me with your power and glory now in the name of Jesus.

37. Let my mind receive divine illumination to live in total freedom in the name of Jesus.

44. Let every strategy of satan and his agents to lure me back into bondage be destroyed by fire in the name of Jesus.

45. All evil powers of immoralities that want to hunt after my soul after today be consumed by fire in the name of Jesus.

46. I rededicate my life to you go afresh in the name of Jesus.
